2008-2009 WINTER SEASON

All fees are for two adults and three children under 18.  Additional adults (staying for the duration of the reservation) are $10 per night. Additional children are $2 per night.  Adult overnight guests (staying less than the duration of the reservation) are $15 per night. Child overnight guests are $2 per night. There is a limit of seven people per site on an overnight basis, no more than four of whom can be adults.  There is a limit of one RV per campsite. However more than one tent is permissible. Minimum stays are often required during the summer and on holiday weekends.

Day visitors are $4 per adult and $1 per child.

Dock slips across the road at Clearwater Campground are $8 per night.

Reservations for 3 nights or less require full payment. Reservations of 4 to 7 nights require a $125 deposit.

DELUXE CABINS

Deluxe cabins have heat, air conditioning, a refrigerator, bath and kitchen, cable TV and a VCR/DVD and are complete with cooking utensils and dishes as well as pillows and blankets.  You need only bring sheets and towels.  These cabins have a double bed in the bedroom and two bunks and a futon in the living room.

Please note that smoking is not permittted in the cabins and pets are not permitted in the cabins or on cabin sites.

Above rates do not include 8% New Hampshire tax. The deposit for a weeklong reservation is 1/2 the total fee including tax. The deposit for 1 to 3 nights is the total fee including tax.  The deposit for 4 to 6 nights is 3 nights fee including tax.

Deluxe Cabins are only rented Saturday to Saturday during the summer.

CANCELLATION POLICY (Campsites and Cabins)
Deposits are refundable less a 10% (minimum $10) service charge up until one week before arrival.  After that time a reservation may not be shortened or canceled and the deposit is neither refundable nor transferable except in the case of a documented medical emergency. Fees are payable upon arrival for the number of nights reserved.  There are no refunds for shortened stays.
